Once we ship your socks, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes tracking information. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
When entering your shipping address, please ensure you double-check all address fields for accuracy. Please add any Apartment or Suite number. Socks Grocery is not responsible for any additional costs associated with re-shipping an order. If your package is returned to us due to an address error, you will have two options: You can pay additional shipping fees to have the package sent to the correct address OR we can cancel the order and refund you for the order total less original shipping costs.

Our international shipping rates are based on the size of your order and the distance the socks need to travel to you. Shipping rates are determined at checkout.

Tracking numbers will be made available within the specified time frames below and will be automatically sent to you via the email and Facebook inbox provided in your order.
Why isn't the tracking data showing on your tracking number?
For U.S. orders tracking numbers may take up to 5 days after an order has been processed for tracking data to show.
For international orders tracking numbers may take up to 10 days after an order has been processed for tracking data to show.
If it has been more than 5 days on a U.S. order or more than 10 days on an international order and your tracking data is still not showing, please get in contact with the Socks Grocery Support Team.
